Mechanical Designer for the Defense Industry

As a Mechanical Designer, you will be a key player in the development of naval vessels. You will be responsible for design, installation, and production support, where you will have the opportunity to work with both system and detail design. RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

The role involves being responsible for the design, installation, and production support of naval vessels, including 3D modeling and analysis of steel structures.

System and detail design for naval vessels
Installation for naval vessels
Production support for naval vessels
Arrange components
Analyze light and heavy steel structures
Design light and heavy steel structures

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Have good knowledge of 3D modeling (Creo and Windchill or equivalent systems)
Have good knowledge of product administration
Have good knowledge of sheet metal design and piping design
Have a good understanding of technical drawings and manufacturability (bending, welding, machining)
Master Swedish in speech and writing
Have Swedish citizenship

It is an advantage if you have:

Experience in submarine design
Experience from the defense industry
